Defendant

A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.

The above fine is imposed against the Defendants.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

(a) No person shall damage or fire a road, waterway, or bridge, or obstruct traffic by any other means;

Nevertheless, around November 15, 2013, the steel pole was set up on the F-gun of Gyeonggi-do Yangyang-gun road, installed a brupt, and obstructed traffic by locking the land by locking it.

(b) No person who is registered under the Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder's Name shall register any real right to real estate in the name of the title trustee pursuant to the title trust agreement;

Nevertheless, around May 21, 2013 from the case other than the G, the purchase of the F land of the Gyeonggi-do Yangyang-gun, and on May 22, 2013, the Suwon District Court registered the transfer of ownership in the name of Defendant B, and around November 27, 2013, the transfer of ownership was registered in the name of H representative I in the name of Defendant B.

2. Defendant B

C. The Act on the Registration of Real Estate under Actual Titleholder’s Name (title trustee) transferred the land purchased by Defendant A as above at the same time and place, and was entrusted with the registration of ownership transfer.
