Defendant
A shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3 million, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1 million.
The above fines are imposed by the Defendants.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A is the E representative director Co., Ltd. located in the 1st floor unit C in both cities, and the defendant B is his birth.
1. No person who held a real right to real estate shall conduct title trust in accordance with the title trust agreement;
Nevertheless, Defendant A purchased F land in the office, Inc., Ltd., a corporation, at the same time as the above address on March 27, 2019, even though he purchased it, Defendant A prepared a sales contract under the name of Defendant A, completed the registration under the name of Defendant A, thereby completing the registration under the name of Defendant A, and at the same time, Defendant B prepared a sales contract under the name of Defendant B and completed the registration under the name of Defendant B.
2. No real right to real estate shall be registered under the name of the title trustee pursuant to the title trust agreement;
Nevertheless, Defendant B prepared a sales contract with Defendant B at the same time and at the same place as the above paragraph (1), and entrusted the registration in the name of Defendant B by completing the registration in the name of Defendant B.
