A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 18:00 on May 2, 2013, the Defendant served alcohol at the “E” main points of the D’s operation located in Ansan-si Member C, Ansan-si, and then changed the price to D on credit before the above main points. The Defendant said that the victim FF (the age of 42)’s daily behavior G referred to as “I drinks without money.”
