E. Around January 16:43, 2014, posted a letter “Isman 5 p.m. 1 p.m. 12 key” on the above broadcast hosting room to insult the victim;

F. On January 5, 2014, around 19:38, around January 19:38, 2014, posted a letter “Sil 1st century 12 correspondence” to the above broadcast hosting room to insult the victim.

2. Grounds for dismissing the public prosecution; and

(a) An offense subject to prosecution on complaint (Article 312 (1) of the Criminal Act);

B. Revocation of complaint by the victim after the prosecution of this case

(c) Judgment dismissing public prosecution (Article 327 subparagraph 5 of the Criminal Procedure Act);
