1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally pay to the Plaintiff KRW 240,000,000 and the interest rate thereon from July 25, 2018 to the date of full payment.

1. On November 19, 2015, the Plaintiff entered into a claim with the Defendants on the lease deposit amount of KRW 240,00,000, and the lease term of KRW 240,000, and two years from February 15, 2016.

The Plaintiff notified the Defendants of the refusal to renew the lease contract one month prior to the expiration of the lease contract term and demanded the return of the lease deposit, but the Defendants did not refund the lease deposit without any particular reason.

Therefore, the Plaintiff filed the instant lawsuit against the Defendants in order to pay the lease deposit amount of KRW 240,00,000 and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the day following the day of delivery of a copy of the instant complaint to the day of full payment.
