1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a professor belonging to the Seoul National Agricultural Bioscience University C.

Defendant B is the representative director of D Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “D”) who operates an ecosystem research service business, etc.

The National Research Foundation of Korea (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Research Foundation of Korea”) is a corporation established pursuant to the National Research Foundation of Korea Act for the purpose of supporting more efficient and fair training and utilization of human resources related to academic and research and development activities.

B. On July 17, 2014, the Korea National Foundation, a national research institute affiliated with the Korea National Foundation of Korea Korea Korea Forest Service (hereinafter “Korea National Foundation”) entered into a research service agreement with the Seoul National University Industry Cooperation Foundation (hereinafter “Korea National Foundation”) to submit “F” as a result of performing E services (hereinafter “instant research services”) and to pay KRW 29.60,000 to the Korea National Foundation (hereinafter “instant agreement”).

Until December 2014, H, who belongs to the Plaintiff, Sinpo University, G, and the Korea National Foundation of Korea, was selected as a researcher of the Industrial Cooperative Association of Seoul National University and jointly performed the instant research service. On December 8, 2014, the research report on the title “I” (hereinafter “the first report”) written as the result of the research report, and the title “J” written as the English language, and the title “JJ” written as a camera (hereinafter “the instant carba”).

On December 2014, the Industry-Academic Cooperation Foundation of the Seoul National University submitted the first report of this case and the instant carpeta in its name to the Korea National Arboretum.

On December 2014, the Korea National Foundation published the following books by indicating almost the same contents as the instant car sloping (hereinafter referred to as “instant books”) to the Korea National Arboretum, the Korea National Arboretum, the Plaintiff, G, and H.
