1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. On October 6, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) books (international standard book number: F; hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff’s overcoming”); (b) books (international standard book number: hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff’s overcoming”); (c) books (international standard book number: H; hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff’s overcoming”); (d) No. 15, “I” on April 15, 2014; (b) K’s books (international standard book number: J; hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff’s salt”); (c) on May 15, 2012; (d) “K’s books (international standard book number: L; hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff’s blood pressure”); and (e) Plaintiff’s books (hereinafter referred to as “Plaintiff’s book number”) on October 1, 2015, respectively.

Defendant B obtained a doctor’s degree at the Ouniversity’s medical college as a doctor who has obtained qualifications for a medical specialist in childbed, was appointed as a medical specialist in natural therapy, completed the courses of integration into the QU’s medical college in the U.S., and was appointed as a foreign professor at several universities, and currently is the representative director of RU, the president of PUD, and the professor serving as a professor in the integrated medical school in the SU.

C. In around 2016, Defendant B written the books listed in the [Attachment 1] List of T “T” (hereinafter “Defendant’s books”), and Defendant C Co., Ltd (hereinafter “Defendant Company”) published and distributed Defendant’s books on April 20, 2016.

2. The summary of the Plaintiff’s assertion is that Defendant B, as shown in attached Table 2, deleted some parts of the Plaintiff’s books or sentences protected by the work among the Plaintiff’s books, or changes or changes the location of some sentences or sections, changes the sign language, and the method of forming the Plaintiff’s books - the summary of disease – the cause of the disease.
