1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiffs each amount indicated in the aggregate column of the aggregate of the cited amounts in attached Form 1, and on November 1, 2014.

1. Basic facts

A. 1) The Plaintiffs are employed by the Defendant as an inorganic contract worker and are employed by the Plaintiff as an inorganic contract worker (hereinafter “instant RR”).

2) The Plaintiffs are members of the R&D branch offices of the S organization General Trade Union (hereinafter “instant trade union”). The Plaintiffs are members of the R&D branch offices.

B. Contents 1 of the instant trade union concluded each collective agreement with the Defendant on December 16, 201 with the collective agreement of 2011, the wage agreement of 2011 around December 201, the wage agreement of 2011, the wage agreement of 2012 July 13, 2012, the wage agreement of 2013, the wage agreement of 2013 July 1, 2013, and the wage agreement of 2013 on July 5, 2013 (Provided, That the collective agreement of 2011 and the wage agreement of 2011 are applicable to workers employed in the instant RR agency, and the collective agreement of 2013, the remaining collective agreement of 2012, 2013, and the wage agreement of 2014 are applicable to employees employed in the arms contract of the Defendant.

]. ▣ 2011년도 단체협약 제2조(단체협약의 적용대상) 이 협약의 효력은 이 사건 R기관에 소속된 조합원을 대상으로 한다. 제19조(임금) 임금은 별도협약에 의한다. 제20조(임금지급) ① 이 사건 R기관는 매월 말일에 임금을 지급한다(단, 말일이 공휴일이거나 토요일인 경우에는 전날 지급한다
