A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a period of four months and a fine of two hundred thousand won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On December 3, 2019, at around 00:38, the Defendant illegally used the victim’s vehicle, without the consent of the right holder, by opening a door for the victim’s vehicle into the victim’s Kaxa car in front of a singing practice room located in the Cuda Group B and opening the door, and operating a section of approximately 200 meters up to the front end of the Cuda group in front of the Cuda, the vehicle’s car was temporarily used without the right holder’s consent.

2. Where it is evident that only a vehicle parked or stopped due to traffic, such as driving of vehicles violating the Road Traffic Act, etc., the driver, etc. of such vehicle shall immediately stop the vehicle and provide the victim with his/her personal information.
