A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

Punishment of the crime

On May 3, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to three years of imprisonment for the violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (thief) in the Daejeon District Court's red support on May 3, 2012 and completed the execution of the sentence on February 26, 2015.

1. On August 21, 2015, the Defendant: (a) entered the victim D’s house located in Boan-si, Boan-si, Boan-si; (b) entered the house of the victim D; and (c) took one head of the agricultural Tong owned by the victim; and (d) stolen it.

2. A theft: (a) around 17:50 on August 21, 2015, the Defendant: (b) removed KRW 840,00 from the cash payment instrument managed by the Nonghyup AFFF, the Defendant used a stolen name passbook and a password already known, such as paragraph (1), from the Kacheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun, Seocheon-gun.

3. Around August 24, 2015, at around 04:28, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the entrance door gate gate by cutting off the door door door gate installed; (b) intruded into the entrance door, and then intruded into the victim’s cash 400,000, and the market price of KRW 15,000, totaled KRW 415,000, and KRW 3,000,000.

4. Intrusion upon a structure, theft;

A. On August 26, 2015, around 08:45, the Defendant: (a) went to a “J restaurant” operated by the victim I in Boan-si, Boan-si; (b) did not correct it; (c) opened a door door and opened a door; and (d) took a cash container containing KRW 50,000,000 in cash owned by the victim; and (c) stolen it.

B. From around 07:00 on August 27, 2015 to around 08:00 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) opened a rear window that was not corrected; and (b) cut off cash owned by the victim and 40,000 won.

5. Intrusion into a structure;
