Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 20, 2018, from around 00:50 to 01:10 on the same day, the Defendant calculated two types of plastic bags in Gwangju North-gu, operated by the Victim B (59) within the D convenience store, and left the plastic plastic bags containing bosss disease to the calculation unit, and “I must do this, and NA report”. The Defendant also filed a report once, from around 00:50 to 01:10 on the same day.

Along with this, customers feel uneasy by taking a bath with the large interest of ".......", they put in convenience stores.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the victim's convenience store operation for about 20 minutes by force.
