Punishment of the crime
Defendant
A from October 17, 2013 to November 02:10 of the same year, from around October 15, 2013, A operated a place of massage operation with the trade name “F Ma” located in Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E, and Defendant B operated the place of massage operation with the trade relationship with the above Party A and served as the head of the office.
During the above period, the Defendants: (a) had the aforementioned J, J, and K employed as a woman to engage in commercial sex acts on the first floor of the above business site; (b) had the above J, and K employed as a woman to engage in commercial sex acts on November 14, 2013; (c) had the said woman engage in commercial sex acts on the second floor of the restaurant and staff accommodation; (d) 3 inside the restaurant, the third floor, the fourth floor and the fifth floor; and (e) have the head room and other facilities on the sixth floor; (c) employ G and H as an employee; and (d) have the said woman engage in commercial sex acts on the condition that the said woman would pay KRW 150,00 through 170,000 to 75,000 through 80,000; and (e) have the said woman engage in commercial sex acts.
Accordingly, the Defendants conspired to commit acts such as arranging sexual traffic for business purposes.
