Punishment of the crime

【Criminal Facts】

On January 27, 2019, around 18:10 on January 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) posted a bruma suspension at the house of the Defendant for multi-household D owned by the above C; and (b) posted a bruma suspension at the inside of the house; and (c) moved the suspension into a brush that was located on the wall, ceiling, etc. in the same place; and (d) made the suspension spread to the entire area, such as the wall

As a result, the Defendant, other than C and his family members, destroyed the first floor D of multi-household housing owned by 7 households as residence.

2. On January 27, 2019, the Defendant: (a) set fire as prescribed in paragraph 1; (b) set up the said house; (c) entered the “Fmat” located in Yeongdeungpo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E on January 27, 2019; and (d) knife the victim’s left arms one time with the knife (a knife length approximately 9cm) kept in possession of the victim G (nife, 45 years old) working at that place without any justifiable reason.

Accordingly, the defendant carried dangerous objects and carried them a deep heat on the left-hand whole part in need of treatment for about four weeks.
