A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for five years.

Punishment of the crime

On December 11, 2014, the Defendant leased and resided in multi-household 303 located in Suwon-si, Suwon-si, from the victim D (M, 68 years of age) who resided in the above multi-household 401.

From February 2015, the Defendant had a lack of ability to discern things or make decisions due to the side effects of dystro drugs (Plidine and Schlage pent, etc.) that were excessively influent from around November 2012, 2015, the Defendant showed mental symptoms, such as crys disorder such as dystrophy (sn, smelling, drinking), damage, gystrophy, and dystrophy (strophy dystrophs). The Defendant was in the state of temporary inappropriate behavior due to stress and alcohol consumption caused by conflict with his family members at the time, and the Defendant was in the state of lacking the ability to discern things or make decisions.

On March 5, 2015, around 21:28, the Defendant: (a) was in mind to commit suicide by putting about the scheme in mind of male-friendly housing; (b) 303 of the above multi-household housing; and (c) was in mind of committing suicide with portable gas-free firearms in the room; and (d) attached three pieces of tyrts that were brought to the entrance as soon as possible in the tyrts and the dwelling room; and (c) attached three clothes inside the house in the dwelling room, such as clothes inside the house in the dwelling room, and had the apartment house and the building outside of the above multi-household housing.

As a result, the defendant destroyed a structure used as a residence by the victim D, etc., and caused the victim D's death from the third floor of the above multi-household house's corridor addiction.
