The statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings on Partial Dismissals (wholly amended by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sep. 25, 2015; effective October 1, 2015); and Article 2(2) of the Addenda thereto, the statutory interest rate under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings was changed to 15% per annum from October 1, 2015; and the agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the delayed payment damages exceeds 19% per annum. As such, the agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant on the late payment damages in this case exceeds 19% per annum, the interest rate of 19% per annum, which is the agreement from October 1, 2015.
