1. The Defendant’s KRW 54,732,941 as well as the Plaintiff’s KRW 15% per annum from May 3, 2019 to May 31, 2019, and the following.
Reasons
1. Indication of claims: It shall be as shown in attached Form; and
2. Judgment without any ground for recognition (Articles 208 (3) 1 and 257 (1) of the Civil Procedure Act).
3. The statutory interest rate for the instant case for which the first instance trial has not been concluded before June 1, 2019, as the provisions on statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3(1) of the Act on Special Cases concerning Expedition, etc. of Legal Proceedings for Partial Dismissal were amended, shall apply to the interest rate of 15% per annum until May 31, 2019, and the interest rate of 12% per annum from June 1, 2019.
