Punishment of the crime

Nevertheless, from April 1, 2016 to March 31, 2017, the Defendant made a false indication of the origin as “U.S. Product” after the Defendant’s meat processing business entity “B” made the movement of Australia’s beef debts to the 쇠us 쇠us C, and sold KRW 6,948 g, 203,940,00 to “E” located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and sold KRW 6,948 g, 203,940,00 from January 3, 2017 to April 3, 2017, with the country of origin indicated as “domestic beef products”, “1,50 g, 70 g, 50 g, 50 g, 50 g, 50 g, 50 g, 50 g, and 0 g, 50 g, g, g., from the Defendant’s meat processing business entity.

2. Defendant B, a representative of the Defendant, committed a violation as described in paragraph (1) at the time and place of the Defendant’s business, as described in paragraph (1).
