Facts of recognition

On April 12, 2016, the Plaintiff acquired ownership of D 2,008 square meters (hereinafter “instant land”) due to a compulsory auction by official auction.

E, the former owner of the instant land, obtained a building permit on the instant land on November 27, 2013. On December 11, 2013, the former owner of the instant land concluded a contract for construction of a main complex apartment with the F Co., Ltd. (G Co., Ltd.: G Co., Ltd.; hereinafter “G”) on the said land.

The Defendants were awarded a subcontract from G to perform some of the construction works with respect to the said new construction works.
