Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a sectional owner listed in the attached Table 507 (hereinafter “instant building”); Defendant B is a sectional owner listed in the attached Table 502 [Attachment 4 drawings]; Defendant B is a sectional owner listed in the attached Table 102 [limited to (a) parts of the instant building connected in sequence 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 9, 10, 100; hereinafter “instant 102 store”); Defendant C is a sectional owner listed in the attached Table 5 drawings [Attachment 1, (2), (3), (4), (5, (6), (7), (8), (9), (1), (b) parts connected in sequence 101; hereinafter “instant 101 store”); and
B. When Defendant B uses the instant 102 store as a real estate brokerage office, coffee shop, and convenience store, Defendant B, without the resolution of the management body meeting of the instant building, changed and constructed a fixed window installed on the outer entrance of the size of 5.71 square meters and the fixed window installed on the outer wall of the size of 5.71 square meters and 9 and 10 on the line that connects each point of the attached Form 1 and 2, without the resolution of the management body meeting of the instant building.
