1. The Defendants shall jointly and severally serve as KRW 792,00,000 on the Plaintiff and as a result, from February 26, 2015 to January 2, 2019.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company established on December 5, 2014 and engaged in real estate consulting business, etc., and the Defendant C&A committee (hereinafter referred to as the “Defendant Committee”) holds an inaugural general meeting on July 7, 201 and is an organization aimed at the reconstruction business (hereinafter referred to as “instant business”). The rest of the Defendants except the Defendant Committee and the supplementary intervenors of the Defendant Committee (hereinafter referred to as “the supplementary intervenors of the Defendant Committee”) and the supplementary intervenors of the Defendant Committee (hereinafter referred to as “Defendant”) are the members of the Defendant Committee, who are members of the Defendant Committee, together with the rest of the Defendants except the Defendant Committee.

A mandatary: (a) The mandator signed and sealed under DefendantO (hereinafter referred to as the “agent”) shall, by this power of attorney, complete a rebuilding resolution under Article 47 of the Act on the Ownership and Management of Aggregate Buildings with respect to the whole ground neighborhood living facilities at the Z in Gyeonggi-si, and shall, with respect to the removal of the building and the construction and sale of the above-mentioned land sales facilities, neighborhood living facilities and business facilities (hereinafter referred to as “the new building”) (hereinafter referred to as the “this building project”), appoint the said mandatary as the legitimate representative of the mandator in relation to the following matters, and shall not be withdrawn or revoked until the expiration of the project:
