Punishment of the crime

1. On February 18, 2015, at around 04:13, 2015, the Defendant infringed on a tent installed outside the Maart and was in custody of the victim D, who was in custody of the Maart, and carried out a 1 set of 1 set and market price of 10,000 won or more from among the snows owned by the victim D.

2. On February 19, 2015, at around 03:19, the Defendant invadedd the above method as above to the above C, and carried out three straw gifts equivalent to KRW 40,000 in the market value of the above person’s possession, which are equivalent to KRW 1 sheet, market value of KRW 35,000.

3. Around 02:00 on February 21, 2015, the Defendant intruded the above method as above to the above C, and carried two freezing 15,600 won at the market price owned by the said victim.

Accordingly, the defendant invadedd a structure at night, and stolen a total of 123,300 won.
