A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

except that the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2018 Highest 177] On July 30, 2018, the Defendant, around 09:00, notified the victim of the entrance password and received the password from the victim under the pretext of opening the inside of the Mayang-si C apartment D, owned by the victim B (the age of 45).
