Defendant shall be punished by a fine of two million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On June 8, 2018, the defendant agreed to live together with the victim B (nive, 44 years of age) by the introduction of the branch, and agreed to enter into an apartment contract of KRW 300,000,000 per month with the deposit of KRW 100,000 per month in the name of G apartment and D B, and had been living together with the victim B and B, but the same year.

Property Damage

A. Residential Intrusion

A. The Defendant invaded the entrance door door at the same time and place as paragraph 1(a) after destroying it, thereby impairing the peace of the victim’s residence.

B. The Defendant, at the same time and place as Paragraph 1(b), destroyed the entrance door at the same time and place and thereafter, within his residence.
