1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. On March 12, 2012, the Plaintiff entered into a real estate lease agreement with the Plaintiff on part of the “Fdong” among the above buildings (hereinafter “Fdong building”) and operated G, which is a storage store for pet goods, and the Defendant C operated the said G jointly with the husband of the Defendant B, while living together with the Defendant B inside the instant building.

B. On December 28, 2017, a fire occurred on the left-hand side of the G Building entrance, starting from around 03:03:03:0 on December 28, 2017, and on the left-hand side of the G Building, a fire accident occurred where part of the E-Dong (hereinafter “instant E-Dong building”) of the instant Fdong building, which is a front and adjacent building, among the Plaintiff-owned

(hereinafter “instant fire”). C.

The main contents of the findings of the investigation on the causes of fire are as follows:
