[Defendant A] The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a year and six months.

However, the above sentence shall be executed for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person, other than a defendant A Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall gambling in the Republic of Korea by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things and providing property or financial benefits to persons who win at the betting results;

Nevertheless, from October 1, 2017 to August 27, 2019, the Defendant visited e apartment F, Internet gambling site, “G” in the name of the Defendant, following the H Bank account (I and J) in the name of the Defendant: H Bank account in the name of K Bank (M) designated by the above site operator; and transferred the total of KRW 589,689,860 in total over 1,65 times, such as the list of crimes in the attached Table (1) in the name of K Bank account in the name of K Bank (I and J) in the name of the said site operator; and then predicted the results of various domestic and foreign sports games, such as the stable, farming district, and camping district, in advance. If the results of the games are recorded, the Defendant took dividends in accordance with the pre-determined dividend rate, and if the results of the games are not recorded, the above site operator was boomed in a way that he would bring about the Defendant’s money.

As a result, the Defendant was stuffed by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things to those who were not the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or the entrusted business entity and used them to provide property or financial benefits.

2. No person, other than Defendant B Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall gambling in a way that provides property or property benefits to persons who win at the betting results by issuing sports betting tickets or similar things;

Nevertheless, the Defendant, from August 17, 2018 to September 1, 2019, accessed O apartment P, the Internet gambling site, “G,” and then, designated by the above site operator from Q (R) account in the suspect’s name.
