Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person, other than the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or an entrusted business entity, shall gambling in return for offering property or property benefits to persons who correctly predicted the result of issuing sports betting tickets or similar things.

From June 9, 2015 to June 27, 2015, the Defendant opened an Internet illegal sports gambling site using PC, etc. from Gangdong-gu Seoul, Gangdong-gu, 101 Dong 1807, the Defendant: (a) transferred the corresponding game money to the National Bank Account (F) in the name of the Defendant’s bank account (E) designated by the operator of the said site; (b) predicted the result of various sports games, such as domestic and foreign axiss, Hand-facings, and distributions; and (c) issued sports betting tickets or similar results to the Seoul Olympic Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who provided property or property benefits using the same as indicated in the attached list of crimes, such as receiving dividends according to the pre-determined dividend rate; and (d) issued sports betting tickets or similar outcomes to those who provided property or property benefits on 22 occasions in total.
