1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.
2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. The following facts may be found in each entry in Gap evidence 1 to 7 (including each number), either in dispute between the parties or in full view of the purport of the entire pleadings:
D Ham G Ham K, South, South, 3 South, North F, 4 South, and 5 South, died on August 29, 191.
B. On June 16, 200, E completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of sale on May 1, 200, with respect to 13,207 square meters of Gangwon-do, Gangwon-do, I prior to the division.

① On the other hand, the 13,207 square meters prior to the division was divided into 11,778 square meters prior to I on July 14, 2009 and 1,429 square meters prior to J. ② The 11,778 square meters prior to I were divided into 1,718 square meters prior to I, and 60 square meters prior to K. ③ The 11,778 square meters prior to I was divided into 660 square meters prior to I on April 21, 2010; ④ the 7,703 square meters prior to M were divided into 3,35 square meters; ④ the 11,780 square meters prior to I on August 11, 2010 and the 11,703 square meters prior to I on the division into the instant land (hereinafter “instant land”).
E. G completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the instant land on August 23, 2010.
F. G died on November 12, 2010, and the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer on March 22, 2013 as to the instant land on November 12, 2010, among the net co-property successors.
2. Judgment on the plaintiff's claim
A. The plaintiff asserted that the plaintiff's attached net D wishes to distribute the property equally to siblings, including Yongnam, and that he actually acquired the land of 13,207 square meters prior to the division, and only he owned it in the name of Y. On July 26, 2010, E distributed the land of this case, which was successively divided from the I land before the division between the plaintiff and the net G, to the plaintiff and the deceased G, respectively. The plaintiff first completed the registration of ownership transfer for the entire land of this case, and then agreed to complete the registration of ownership transfer for the whole land of this case, if the plaintiff falls short of the location of the land of this case.
