A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. In India, around August 6, 2016, the Defendant was forced to commit an indecent act and a public performance obscenity, at the time following the Daegu-gu apartment complex C, Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, on August 6, 2016, and was committing an act of self-defense by taking the sexual organ out of the past and salving it by hand under a condition that many and unspecified people can see it, the Defendant was found to have turned on the victim D (the age of 16) who was under his/her influence on the part of the victim himself/herself by hand.

Accordingly, the defendant openly committed obscene acts and forced the victim to commit an indecent act.

2. Attempted indecent act committed by force;

A. On August 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 22:40, on the way between the above C apartment and the Daegu-gu E apartment, and (b) was engaged in self-defacing and self-defacing, the Defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by forceing the victim by putting the victim’s right hand hand over to the victim F (the victim is 16 years of age) who was living in the place where the Defendant was suffering from the finger by inserting his hand; (b) the Defendant attempted to commit an indecent act by spreading the victim’s chest on his/her own mind that he/she could talk with the victim’s chest; (c) however, the victim was able to keep the Defendant’s hand unfacing so far, and the escape was attempted by the wind.

B. On August 7, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 23:20 on the road between the above C apartment on August 7, 2016 and the above E apartment; (b) on the part of the Defendant, while he was shaking the sexual flag above the boom, Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da Da to the victim G (the age of 17) who passed the boomed area, and had another hand on the part of the damaged party’s left shoulder; and (c) on the part of the victim, the Defendant “I turn only once the chest.”

“The victim attempted to commit an indecent act by coercioning the victim, but the victim attempted to commit an indecent act by force. However, the victim attempted to commit an indecent act with the Defendant’s hand and sound and attempted to flee with the wind.
