Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. At around 21:00 on April 11, 201, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by 14k gold bars (at the market price equivalent to KRW 2.50,00,00) that the victim was frighted in the course of assaulting the victim in the room of the victim D located in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 3rd floor C, 5.

2. Around 15:00 on June 17, 201, the Defendant entered a victim E’s visit in Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, and invaded upon the victim’s residence.

3. At the time and place indicated in paragraph 2, the Defendant thefted a victim E with a new physical card owned by the victim, which was far away from the floor by crebs.

4. Violation of the Specialized Credit Financial Business Act and fraud;

가. 피고인은 2011. 6. 17. 19:47경 서울 동대문구 F 편의점에서 G으로부터 단팥빵 1개를 구입하면서 3항 기재와 같이 절취한 E 명의의 신한체크카드로 700원을 결제하는 방법으로 도난된 신용카드를 사용하고, 단팥빵 1개를 교부받아 편취하였다.

B. On June 17, 2011, at around 21:27, the Defendant purchased one gold stuff from 1 to 2, and used a stolen credit card by settling 4.70,000 won with a new physical e-mail card in the name of E, as described in paragraph (3), as the Defendant purchased one gold stuff from 1 to 2.
