Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the friendship of the victim C (V, 11) and the victim D (9). The victim E (V, 40 years old) is a legal divorce relationship, which is currently in progress.

1. Violation of the Child Reinstatement Act (child abuse);

A. On March 15, 2014, the Defendant abused a child on March 15, 2014, and committed a physical abuse that may injure the child’s body or injure the physical health and development of the body by placing the victim in a toilet located in the 210-dong 207 dwelling area, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 210-dong 207, and not listen to the horses of the victim D(7).

B. On May 13, 2016, the Defendant abused children on May 13, 2016, on the ground that he/she did not clean up at the 1406-dong G apartment 104, 1406-dong 104, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 2016 and did physical abuse that may harm children’s body or harm physical health and development, by making the victim C and the victim D wear her her block at bar, respectively, on the ground that he/she did not clean up at around 22:0 on May 13, 2016.

2. From February 11, 2015 to around 20:00, the Defendant inflicted an injury on the victim’s left hand by plucking up the head of the said victim’s G apartment at Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, 1406 Dong 104, and 104, and by plucking up the victim’s left hand which fighted against by hand, thereby causing the victim to inflict an injury, such as salt, tensions, etc., over two weeks of treatment.
