Punishment of the crime

Around December 2010, the Defendant, at his own house of Gangseo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government C Apartment 511 dong 213, 213, offered that D would offer money for the declaration of marriage under the disguised marriage with Chinese women. Around December 2010, D accepted this.
