Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 5,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant received 4 million won from her marriage broker B, and reported to her marriage with her Vietnam nationality C (V, 27 years old), and C entered the Republic of Korea as F-2-1 (spouse of a national) on March 8, 2011.

1. On December 9, 2010, the Defendant made a false statement of marriage in Jongno-gu Seoul Jongno-gu Office located in Jongno-gu, Jongno-gu, Seoul (146-2) around December 9, 2010 by submitting a false statement of marriage as if the Defendant had no intention to marry with Vietnam, and had the public official in charge of name in charge enter and register the false statement of marriage in the marriage relationship column of the family relationship registration system as a public electronic record.

Accordingly, in collusion with C and B, the Defendant filed a false report and entered false facts in the family relation registration system, which is a public electronic record.

2. The Defendant had a public official in charge of the foregoing name in the same date, time, and place as described in paragraph (1) stored and operated a family relation registration system in which the false fact was entered.

Accordingly, the Defendant conspiredd with C and B to exercise the aforementioned public electronic records.
