1. The plaintiffs' claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. L (MMs, hereinafter referred to as “the deceased”) went beyond the floor from the house on January 25, 2013 to the top right-hand left-hand side of the lower-hand side of L (Ms, hereinafter referred to as “Ls”).

On January 28, 2013, the Deceased was transferred to the N Hospital (hereinafter “the instant hospital”) and received the sacrificization of the human mission (hereinafter “the first operation”) in which the mission was inserted by Defendant J into the fore part of the fore part of the fore part of the fore part of the fore part of the fore part of the fore part of the fore part of the instant hospital.

B. After the first operation, the Deceased was hospitalized in the instant hospital and received treatment, on February 25, 2013, and was performed by Defendant J to drown the tension of human mission with a tension structure and to reinforce the frame by additionally adding steel plates.

Defendant K (hereinafter “Defendant K”) is the manager of the instant hospital and the employer of Defendant J, and the Plaintiffs are the inheritors of the deceased.

A. Defendant J breached his duty of care in the treatment of Defendant J caused the death of the deceased by violating the following duty of care:

① 피고 J은 제1차 수술 후 수술부위를 확인하고 드레싱을 하기 위해 망인의 좌측 다리를 들어올릴 때 너무 높이 들어올려 수술 부위의 인공관절이 이탈하여 튕겨지는 현상이 발생하였다.

② Even though the deceased was old and the bones of her husband’s left-off, Defendant J was on the lower part of the personal mission division during the first operation.
