A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around March 22, 2014, the Defendant driven B-low-income vehicle under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.184% without a driver’s license in a section of about 50 meters from the 363rd to the Dowing-ro, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul to the 1013rd-ro, Gangwon-do.

On March 22, 2014, the Defendant illegally displayed official document documents: (a) around 23:08, the Defendant: (b) presented the E-motor vehicle driver’s license, who was in his possession of a person who was demanded to present a driver’s license by D in the process of regulating drinking on the front of the Seoul Gangseo-gu Seoul Northern District Police Station; and (c) presented it as his/her own as

The Defendant forged a private document, at the time, at the time, at the place specified in the foregoing paragraph (2) above, provided that he was subject to the alcohol measurement from the above D, and provided that he was aware of the E’s personal information to D as the above E, and provided that D’s “E” was entered in the driver column at the end of the C’s circumstantial statement report, and forged the “E” column for the confirmation of the driver’s circumstantial statement report in the name of E related to the certificate of fact with the intention of exercising

4. The Defendant, at the time and place specified in the above paragraph (2), issued the forged Megical statement report to the said D, as described in the above paragraph (3), as if it were duly formed.
