A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime
Despite the fact that a person other than a pharmacy founder is unable to sell drugs or obtain them for the purpose of selling them, the defendant purchased drugs with ice ingredients that assist the strengthening of nearby land together with D and conspired to sell them in Korea.
피고인은 2015. 12. 초순경부터 2016. 1. 하순경까지 태국 파퐁에 있는 상호 불상의 약국에서 총 3회에 걸쳐 근력 강화에 도움을 주는 메탄 디에 논 (methandienone) 성분의 단백 동화 스테로이드 제인 디 볼 (D-BOL), 난 드로 250(NANDRO 250), 테스 토 믹스 400(TESTO MIX 400), 슈퍼 부론 (SUPER BURN), 시부 트라 민이 들어 있는 클 렌 부 (CLEN BU), 에 난 (ENAN), 서스 250(SUSTANON 250), 아나 바 (ANAVAR), 아나 바 맥스 (ANAVAR MAX), 놀 바 (NOLVADEXZ), 클 로 미드 (CLOMID), 아리 미 (ARIMIDEX), 데카 두라 볼 린 (DECA DURABOLIN), 마스 테론 (MASTERON), 프리모 (PRIMOBOLAN), 프로 바이론 (PROVIRON), 트렌 아세 (TREN ACETATE), 트렌에 난 (TREN EANAN), 트렌엑 사 (TREN HEXA)를 합계 9,000,000원 상당에 구입하고, D은 위 의약품들을 쇼핑백 및 캐리어에 넣어 인천 국제공항을 통해 국내로 반입하였다.
