1. Notwithstanding that Defendants A and B’s joint criminal pharmacy founders cannot sell or obtain drugs for sale, Defendants were willing to purchase and sell drugs with stroke ingredients that assist in strengthening the surrounding land even if they were not pharmacy founders.

A은 2015. 3. 중순경부터 2015. 9. 중순경까지 태국 파퐁에 있는 상호 불상의 약국에서 총 10회에 걸쳐 근력 강화에 도움을 주는 메탄 디에 논 (methandienone) 성분의 단백 동화 스테로이드 제인 디 볼 (D-BOL), 난 드로 250(NANDRO 250), 테스 토 믹스 400(TESTO MIX 400), 시부 트라 민이 들어 있는 클 렌 부 (CLEN BU), 에 난 (ENAN), 서스 250(SUSTANON 250), 아나 바 (ANAVAR), 아나 바 맥스 (ANAVAR MAX), 놀 바 (NOLVADEXZ), 클 로 미드 (CLOMID), 아리 미 (ARIMIDEX), 데카 두라 볼 린 (DECA DURABOLIN), 마스 테론 (MASTERON), 프리모 (PRIMOBOLAN), 프로 바이론 (PROVIRON), 트렌 아세 (TREN ACETATE), 트렌에 난 (TREN EANAN), 트렌엑 사 (TREN HEXA)를 합계 1억 원 상당에 구입하고, 피고인 B은 위 의약품들을 쇼핑백 및 캐리어에 넣어 인천 국제공항을 통해 국내로 반입하였다.

A. On April 15, 2015, the Defendants conspired to supply and sell the above-mentioned drugs worth KRW 10 million,000,000,000, in total, eight times in total, from April 15, 2015 to June 6, 2015, in collusion, from the Sinsan Urban Bus Terminal via E, to F, a domestic seller of the Republic of Korea. The Defendants sold the above-mentioned drugs worth KRW 100,000,000 each time from April 201 to June 2016 by the same method;

B. On August 2015 and September 2015, Defendants conspired to supply and sell the said medicines at least KRW 12 million to Defendant B, a domestic seller, around the Yangcheon-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Badong, with approximately KRW 12 million.
