Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On September 10, 2012, around 01:23, the Defendant driven a C Lasta car with approximately KRW 1km from the front day of the Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si 368 New Apartment, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to the front day of the said 383 Standa car, which is under the influence of alcohol content of about 0.152%.
