1. The Defendants’ respective Plaintiff KRW 42,00,000 and Defendant B with respect thereto from February 20, 2014.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. Defendant B is a licensed real estate agent conducting real estate brokerage business under the trade name of “C Licensed Real Estate Agent Office,” and the Defendant Korea Licensed Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter “Association”) is a mutual aid business entity that entered into a mutual aid agreement with Defendant B to compensate for damage to the transaction party due to intentional or negligent conduct of brokerage (hereinafter “instant mutual aid agreement”) on April 22, 201 when Defendant B is liable for damages arising from the mutual aid agreement with the transaction party, with the mutual aid amount deducted from Defendant B to KRW 100,00,000, and the period of mutual aid from April 22, 2011 to April 21, 2012.

B. On August 30, 201, the Plaintiff, as Defendant B broker, concluded a lease deposit for the first floor of the apartment house E-ground (hereinafter “instant building”) located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant building”) with the lease deposit for KRW 120 million, and the lease term for the period from September 24, 201 to September 23, 2013 (hereinafter “instant contract”). At the time of the instant building and its site, each registration of the establishment of a neighboring mortgage, the maximum debt amount of which is KRW 195,00,000 and KRW 91,00,000,000, was completed in the future.

C. At the time of the instant contract, four lessees, prior to the Plaintiff, were residing in the instant building.

E. Since then, with respect to the instant building and its site, the case is the case in which the Suwon District Court J, Sung-nam Branch on July 17, 2013, filed an application with the Central Saemaul Depository, which is a mortgagee, for voluntary auction procedure.
