Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On August 9, 2013, the Defendant driven a B SP car under the influence of alcohol with approximately 10km section 0.052% of alcohol alcohol content from the front of the Sicheon Village located in the Geumcheon-gu, Sucheon-do to the front road located in the same Doyang-gu, Yangyang-do, Seocheon-do.
