On September 18, 2013, at around 15:25, 2013, the Defendant driven Bone Star Co., Ltd in the state of alcohol alcohol concentration of about 0.118% at a section of approximately 100 meters to the front road of the sea spactland parking lot located in Gyeyang-gu, Chungcheongnam-gun, Doyang-gun, Yangyang-gun.
