A defendant shall be punished by a fine of 500,000 won.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 12, 2014, the Defendant, at around 19:30 on February 12, 2014, told the victim D that “(at the seat of the Defendant’s house in South-west Sea-gun, entered) our city money, with money inside the city, and going to Dong-nam tourism with money, and formed a house.”

However, there was no fact that the victim was traveling with the money of the defendant because the victim took part in the farming field work to E at the time of all the costs of the entertainment work that the defendant received from the defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by openly pointing out false facts.

2. On August 8, 2014, around 09:25, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim D by openly referring to a large amount of “the victim, who is the Domine franchise, and the money within the dub changed from fraud, to a maximum amount of 0 million won, in front of the village community hall located in the Geumnam-do, Sejong-do, Sejong-do, Samnam-do, Samnam-do.”
