Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. No person who violates the Fisheries Act shall capture or gather marine animals and plants by any fishing method other than those under the Fisheries Act or the Fishery Resources Management Act;

Nevertheless, at around November 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) took a scood equipment (dives and oxygen tank) for leisure use at the sea of the dong-do, East-do, East-do, East-do; and (b) taken and taken marine animals and plants by fishing other than those under the Fisheries Act or the Fishery Resources Management Act, including taking and gathering 5 kms from a hole that inhabits the seabed at the sea; and (c) capturing and gathering them by fishing other than those under the Fisheries Act or the Fishery Resources Management Act, such as the list of crimes in the attached list.

2. Violation of the Fishing Vessels Act;

(a) The owner of a fishing vessel shall not navigate the fishing vessel or use it for fishing purposes unless he/she indicates the name, etc. of the fishing vessel and attaches the fishing vessel license plate to it, as prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Oceans

Nevertheless, around March 10, 2018, the Defendant removed a white paint from the name of a fishing vessel called "D", which was marked on the C in the front line of the Southern-gun B, Chungcheongnam-do, Gyeongnam-do, by the method of adding a white paint to the name of the fishing vessel. The Defendant navigated the sea of the Tri-do, Tri-dong, Tri-dong, Tri-do.

B. around June 8, 2017, C, a power-driven vessel of 1.56 tons, had the port of registry and the owner left the port of registry in E, the owner was changed to F. Accordingly, the defendant is the maximum number of persons on board the fishing vessel inspection certificate.
