【Criminal Facts】

On April 15, 2020, at around 00:09, the Defendant driven a C-Wed-Wed-lured vehicle with approximately 4 km alcohol concentration of about 0.109% through a water resources construction site near the water resources construction site located in Ansan-si, 1633, Chungcheongnam-si to the road near the water resources construction site located in Ansan-si.
