Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 10,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 23, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 4 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch on January 23, 2013.

On September 23, 2019, the Defendant driven B QM6 car from the distance of about 7 km from the central Dong of Ansan-si to the roads before the water resource construction distance of about 2155, Ansan-si from the central road of Ansan-si to the 0.073% of blood alcohol concentration.

Accordingly, the defendant violated Article 44 (1) of the Road Traffic Act not less than twice.
