A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. 3. On September 9, 2017, around 17:59, the Defendant discovered a female with a white uniform in the Jung-gu Busan Metropolitan Government H “I” store and took a photograph of the part of the damaged female’s fallon by using a mobile phone “A” mobile phone in Samsung Ggal ju, Inc.

4. On September 9, 2017, around 20:54, the Defendant discovered a female suffering from a short luxa in the store of Jung-gu J 1, Busan, Jung-gu, J 1, and sought cosmetics, and taken a photograph of the damaged female luxa using a mobile phone “T” jugal ju, which the victimized female is a different luxa.

Accordingly, the defendant has a camera or other similar function.
