Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2013, at around 18:15, the Defendant: (a) committed assault against the victim B (the 15-year old-old) by bating baton with bat around 182 set-off in Seoul Special Metropolitan City, Nowon-gu, for smoking tobacco on the third platform of the 182-off Station; (b) assaulting both faces when 2-3 times.
