Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 4,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On January 18, 2018, the Defendant: (a) connected to “D”, which is an Internet sports gambling site, with a cell phone at the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City apartment B apartment site C; (b) received dividends from the Defendant’s name E Bank account (F, G); (c) I Bank account under the name of the Defendant; and (d) E Bank account under the name of Ma-dong KK (L); and (c) transferred gambling money to (f) IO bank account under the name of MaM (N) and (P) OO bank account (P) respectively; and (d) filled up six cyber money corresponding thereto at the above Gambing site, and (e) received six (6) the number and six (6)th of the official seal drawn from the 36 number number, and whether it is true or not; and (e) received dividends from 1008,000 won to 1608,000 won from that time, and deposited money from 2008.

Application of the Acts and subordinate statutes of three copies of investigation reports (A's details of deposits and withdrawals of gambling accounts, and the details of return from the counterpart account), details of deposits and withdrawals of gambling accounts, E, I bank reply data, and details of account transactions;

1. Article 246 (1) of the Criminal Act applicable to the facts constituting the crime;

1. Articles 70 (1) and 69 (2) of the Criminal Act for the detention of a workhouse;

1. The reason for sentencing of Article 334(1) of the Criminal Procedure Act Article 334(1) does not have the same criminal history to the defendant.

However, the gambling period is long, and the gambling scale is large.

The punishment shall be determined as per the disposition, taking into account the above circumstances, the age, character and conduct, environment, etc. of the defendant and all the circumstances attached to the sentencing.
