A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

Seized evidence 1 to 6 shall be confiscated, respectively.

1. On February 12, 2020, from around 14:09 to 14:10 on the same day, the Defendant: (a) purchased one cell phone of “G”, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 1,997,800 from the employee F, and presented the false credit card (credit card No. H) to the said F as if it was duly formed; (b) but was refused to approve, even though the Defendant intended to make payment by presenting another credit card (credit card No. I) with the same method, but failed to go through an attempted to refuse re-approval, even if the Defendant intended to make payment by presenting another credit card (credit card No. 1) with the same method.

On February 12, 2020, from around 16:47 to 16:48 of the same day, the Defendant continued to purchase one of the above M at K-free shop L store operated by the victim under the jurisdiction of Jeju city from around 16:47 to 16:8 of the same day, and present the forged credit card (credit card No. N) to the above M as if it was duly formed, and the payment was made, but the approval was refused by presenting one of the above M by presenting another credit card (credit card No. H) with the same method, but the second approval was not achieved on the wind that the second approval was refused.
