A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor at the Daegu District Court on January 17, 2012 for a violation of the Narcotics Control Act, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on October 6, 2012, and on May 24, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to nine years of imprisonment with prison labor for occupational embezzlement, etc. at the same court on May 24, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 1, 2013.

The Defendant, by establishing C and D, received goods from the goods supplier by establishing C and D, and attempted to sell them and flee immediately.

On November 15, 2010, the Defendant conspired with C, and made a false statement that “The Defendant would settle down the salted fish at the 15th day of each month and settle it on 25th day of each week when supplying the salted fish.”

However, the defendant et al. did not have the intent or ability to pay the price even if he received the salt from the victim, because the defendant et al. was willing to immediately dispose of dumping after the delivery as above.

The Defendant, on December 14, 2010, by deceiving the victim of the total amount of KRW 5,90,00 in total, KRW 16,263,40,00 in the market value of stened fish 11,414,00 in the market value of stened fish 1,176K on the same day, around December 15, 2010; KRW 24,81,200 in the market value of stened fish 2,138K on December 15, 2010; and KRW 5,90,000 in the market value of stened fish 1,476,967,80 in the market value of stened fish 24,90,263,400 in the market value of stened fish 1,500,000 in the market value of stened fish; by deceiving the victim of the remaining amount of KRW 1,6361,6060,0000.
