A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On September 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) removed the D registration license plate attached to CA110 Orba in front of the CA110 Orba on the roads located in the Si, Sungnam-si, Manam-si; and (b) attached it to the guardian Ireland which did not report the use.

Accordingly, the defendant used a two-wheeled automobile registration number plate which is air defense.

2. On September 14, 2016, the Defendant operated a guardianland, where the registration license plate of another vehicle is attached from around 2 km section from September 14:45, 2016 to the road located in the Sinnam-si B of the Gyeonggi-si, the Sinnam-si, the Sinnam-si, and the road in front of the Sinnam-si, the Sinnam-si, the Sinnam-si.

Accordingly, the defendant exercised the two-wheeled automobile registration number plate, which is an air unit used unlawfully.
